£25-35K base salary + equity, so you own what you build

Your Mission

This is a really exciting opportunity to join a fast growing B2B SaaS startup as our first ever Office Manager. You will be an essential part of the team, taking care of a growing team of almost 50 based mostly in central London and Berlin. You’ll wear many hats supporting a wide range of queries day to day across the business. This role will be integral to the team and the successful candidate will have huge potential to learn and grow and the business develops. We’ve doubled in size over the last year and have big plans for growth, so it’s a really exciting time to join!

What you'll be doing...

  • Support the Co-Founders and wider leadership team with various administrative duties, including diary management, meeting room bookings and other ad hoc tasks
  • Assist with various projects in People Operations, such as onboarding and off-boarding of employees, organising company equipment, responding to day to day queries from the team, HR admin and so on
  • Overall be the go to person for various needs for the wider team, supporting the wider company to ensure the 'trains run on time' and that we're operating efficiently
  • Proactively manage, look after and maintain the office environment
  • Manage office access for employees and visitors
  • Take ownership of team socials, supporting Team Leads with organising their quarterly socials whilst working with the People & Talent Lead to organise wider company events

You should apply if you are...

  • An excellent communicator (verbal and written) - you’ll be working with various stakeholders across the business, so having strong communication skills is essential!
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise - you’ll be managing a variety of requests day to day, so you need to be able to find solutions and manage your time effectively
  • Proactive can-do attitude - this role is central to supporting the wider team so it’s really important that you maintain a positive approach to challenges
  • Solution focused - sometimes you won’t know the answer, so you need to take the initiative to find it!
  • Genuinely motivated by helping others - you’ll get a kick out of helping others, and making sure that people have the best experience possible during their time with us, whether it’s an external visitor, or a member of the team
  • Tech savvy with the ability to pick things up fast - you’ll be a whizz at utilising tech to organise your time and ensure that we do things in the most efficient way possible
