LPS offers ENTRY level positions! No Experience? NO PROBLEM! We will give you the tools/guidance needed for success! We Encourage all applicants to be comfortable with technology/Data entry processes; iPads, Laptops, Apps used for communication purposes.

Requirements:
No felonies and certain misdemeanors; LPS Carries a Private Investigator license, the law limits us from proceeding with certain infractions.
Must be 18+ yrs. old
Possesses a valid Driver’s License; must have your own reliable vehicle with valid insurance and registration.
Have a working smart phone- for apps & Technology/Data Entry
Can work in a fast-paced environment & GREAT attention to detail
Must be able to pass a drug screening.
Work in all weather conditions: Winter, Summer, Spring and Fall.

• It is a company requirement that you must be able to travel up to 1.5 hour’s but no further than 2 hours- We do not control where/when these locations move but we can offer you permanent work! Now, if you find yourself traveling the 1.5 hour’s we can discuss possible incentives during interview/hiring process.

Schedules; FULL TIME EMPLOYEE: Sunday through Wednesday OR Wednesday through Saturday (Consecutive Days on/off) Shifts start at either 5/6 AM or PM (Cannot pick the start time; that is determined by operations)

Schedules; PART TIME EMPLOYEE: 1-3 days a week- We are FLEXIBLE!

Security: $13hr; You will perform the duties listed, but are not limited to, just these functions:
Collect all proper ID/Safety Card from anyone wishing to entering location.
Collect and enter information into iPad/laptop
Report any/all emergencies/violations/incidents etc.
Work any of the operations we have available (FRAC, DRILL, Compression Stations, etc.) Perform CPR/First aid, if needed, for a location/emergency.

Security working Environments:
LPS provides a heated/air-conditioned guard shack with easy view of all traffic. The shacks are supplied with all necessary equipment/paperwork needed for shift, the ONLY missing piece is YOU
You will be operating the lease road with a rope gate, ensuring no one enters/exits without you properly checking them in/out.

Traffic Control Post: Position Summary: $13hr +$2 for personal vehicle use.
Using your personal vehicle, you will be the eyes and ears in the field to provide safe passage of all visitors inbound and outbound, you will be using a CB Radio to communicate with well-traffic and fellow coworkers to ensure all well-traffic follow the designated traffic control plan to ensure max safety for all! You will be expected to get out of your vehicle at some point during your shift if something arises and to stay alert/awake!

Traffic Control/STAGING ATTENDANT: $13hr You will be required to perform the duties listed, but are not limited to, just these functions: This position is an " Attention to Detail" persons dream job.

Collect all proper ID/Safety Card from anyone entering a staging location and must be able to enter all information properly into an iPad/Laptop. Report any/all emergencies/violations/incidents etc.

• May be required by employee to wake drivers up at staging location to form the line for dispatch to send to pad/location.

Use a CB Radio to communicate with traffic and fellow coworkers on other posts to ensure safe passage for all, Monitor the vehicles parked on location; Suspicious/broken down etc. Perform CPR/First aid, if needed, for a location/emergency. It's required that you can multitask, keep trucks moving- sending trucks/vehicles to location depending on whats needed.
