Job Title: Pilot
General Description: Pilots and navigates the flight of aircraft, primarily for the transport passengers.
Supervision Received: Director of Flight Operations and/or Chief Pilot
Work Environment:
Aircraft is a Falcon 2000S
Training And Experience:
- Required Training - Must have logged a minimum of 5500 flight hours with a minimum of 4000 hrs PIC, 3500 hrs Multi-Engine, 3000 hrs turbine/turboprop PIC, and 500 hours PIC in type.
- Required Experience - Upon review, have no incidents/accidents or other enforcement actions on FAA Airman Records.
Licenses, Certifications, Other:
- Required - Holds an airline transport pilot (ATP) certificate, with current DA2Easy type rating
- Required - Possesses or be able to obtain a first-class medical certificate.
- Preferred - DA2Easy type rating and completion of sim training within preceding 12 calendar months (DA2Easy)
- Preferred - Must be able to complete pre-employment drug test with a negative result.
Supervision Essential Job Functions:
- When performing duties as the second-in-command (SIC)
- Assists the pilot-in-command during all phases of flight in accordance with company procedures and flight operations manual.
- Completes duties as assigned by the pilot-in-command.
- Ensures that manuals and charts are on board the aircraft.
- Ensures that the aircraft is properly maintained and ready for operation.
- Maintains clean, stocked aircraft and workplace.
- Organizes catering and other customer specific items are on board the aircraft.
- Makes an immediate report in any hazardous action, conduct or event to the director of safety and security.
- Develops the leadership skills, knowledge, judgment and technical ability required of a pilot-in-command, if not already qualified.
- Fosters a safe and professional environment
- Complies with all policies and procedures specified in the company flight operations manual.
- Submits flight and duty records.
- Completes required training in a timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
- When performing duties as a pilot-in-command (PIC)
- Has final authority for the operation of the aircraft assigned.
- Responsible for safe and efficient transport of passengers and crew.
- Authority to delay, cancel or discontinue a flight when conditions are unsuitable for the conduct or continuation of the flight.
- Authority to indicate a change in the planned flight during the flight when such a change is appropriate for the safe operation of the aircraft.
- Responsible for flight planning and coordinating changes in the flight schedule.
- Institutes all necessary changes as required by enroute conditions such that the flight may continue under appropriate procedures and rules.
- Responsible for conducting the flight in a safe and prudent manner in accordance with company policies, Federal Aviation Administration regulations, and Department of Homeland Security regulations required of the flight operation.
- Participates in any company aviation safety program, takes an active role supporting the open sharing of information on all safety issues and reports all safety hazards and concerns.
- Mentors and counsels crews, striving to maximize their potential.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Responsible for providing safe and efficient air transportation with the best customer service possible.

- Must be professional at all times and demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Must be punctual and exhibit an exceptional attendance record
- Must have strong organizational skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Required - Possesses or be able to obtain a first-class medical certificate.
