Summary

Staff at Hope Academy create a caring and safe environment for the children and plan/carry-out activities to improve the overall care and education of our little ones! We enroll children from 8-weeks to fifth grade in childcare, preschool, after-school, and summer camp settings. Hope Academy and Hope Lutheran Church have been serving families in our community for over 30 years! We would love to have you join our team and share the love of Christ to our children and their families.

Duties:

Our teachers provide high-quality care in a Christian environment. Hope Academy stresses both our excellent educational program and positive relationships between teachers, children, and parents. Communication is of the utmost importance as well as following all center policies and state regulations. Hours of operation are 6:30am - 6:00pm.

Requirements: Applicants must

Have high energy and love working with young children. Work as part of a team. Be at least 18 years old and have completed a high school program or the equivalent. An Early Childhood certificate from a college or university or a minimum of 6 months of childcare experience are preferred. Be consistently available Monday-Friday. Clear a full background check Lift and/or move a minimum of 35 pounds. A Christian who loves the Lord
