The Revenue Cycle Management Houston Trainer is responsible for increasing Rodeo Dental’s productivity by teaching new skills and knowledge to front desk, treatment coordinators, and office leads. Additionally, the trainer will provide guidance directing all areas of the patient accounts receivable including insurance, credit and collections, reimbursement, and data entry. This individual will reside in the Houston area and visit with offices and doctors on a regular basis. Bring us your Smile-DNA™ and BIG personality!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducts training for all newly hired Front Desk Receptionist, Treatment Coordinators, and Office Leaders and any other clinical associate with Revenue Cycle Management responsibilities
• Assesses Revenue Cycle training needs for all existing employees
• Consults with Revenue Cycle leadership on training strategies based on denials
• Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
• Assists with the onboarding and training for all newly hired Revenue Cycle employees
• Attends required meetings and participates in committees as requested
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Proficient computer skills, Google Suite, and instructional software
• Experience with technologies and best practices for instruction manuals and teaching platforms
• Good interactive skills and communication with all levels of staffing and management
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Provides excellent direction, team building, and management skills
• Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and guide
