Village Automotive in Danvers is looking for an experienced Service Receptionists at our Northshore Nissan location in Danvers. We are looking for individuals who are comfortable and serious about being the first impression a customer has of our dealerships. The right individuals will be presentable, articulate, professional and puts customer service first.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

• Greeting and Assisting Customers
• Scheduling customer service appointments
• Follow up calls with service customers
• Answering inbound calls and directing outbound calls to various departments
• Cashiering service and sales customers at time of vehicle pick up
• Data Entry
• Filing
• Various duties assigned by Office or Service Managers

Requirements:

• Computer Proficient and Technology Savvy
• Proven Customer Service Skills and Experience
• Punctual and Reliable
• Articulate and Detail Oriented
• Positive Attitude
• Ability to pass background check and drug screenings.
