Job Description
Meaningful Work From Day One:
Provide an exceptional retail experience and create a welcoming and hospitable experience for each guest.

What You Can Expect:

Provide product education to the gift shop customers
-
Must work 2-3 weekends a month, holidays and evenings (when open)

Operate retail POS system
-
Accurately handle cash
-
Restock shelves and rotate merchandise
-
Light routine cleaning
-
Operate bottle engraving equipment
-
Answer the gift shop phone and relay messages promptly and accurately
-
Assist with floor re-sets
-
Perform opening and closing procedures
-
Monitor levels of supplies and report to management
-
Communicate inventory needs and questions to inventory specialist
-
Maintains the presentation of the gift shop floor
-
Take customer orders and process transactions
-
Assists in inventory management and cycle counting
-
Resolves minor customer issues
-
Assist in shipping and receiving
-
Any other duties assigned
What You Bring to the Table:

Education: High School
-
Minimum 2 years of retail experience
-
Strong customer service experience
