Job title: Waiter / Senior Waiter
Division/Department: Front of House
Location: Manchester, M1 1RG
Working Hours: Shifts are scheduled on a rota basis, between the hours of 10:45am-11pm(Subject to change). As we are a restaurant, the hours normally include late nights and weekends.
Pay:
- Waiter £10.25, PLUS service charge and tips!
- Senior Waiter £10.75, PLUS service charge and tips!
Reporting To: Restaurant General Manager
Job Purpose: To provide excellent customers service to our guests at all times. Support the Management team in the smooth running of the business.
Requirements:
- Experience in behind the Bar and dealing with drinks and beverages
- Energetic, confident and bubbly personality;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Person who enjoys working in fast pace restaurant;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Enthusiastic about customer service and reliable character;
- Strong team-player;
- Good level of spoken English;
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends (restaurant operates 7 days a week, from 10:45am to 11pm)
- Good communication skills;
- Eligible to work in the UK.
A two hour trial shift is required before any employment is considered.
