Job description
Carpenter & Costin is seeking individuals to join our Snow Removal Teams in Pittsford, Rutland, Middlebury, Ludlow and Manchester for Winter 2022-2023.
Crew Members must be able to handle day-to-day operations, including but not limited to:
- Plowing
- Snow shoveling – Some hand shoveling may be required at times.
- Sanding
- Leaving parking lots, driveways and sidewalks free of snow and ice
Requirements:
- Safety-conscious with a mindset to always avoid damage to property, equipment and people.
- Valid driver’s license (No suspensions, DUIs, no outstanding or unpaid tickets).
- We will train, but general knowledge of the operation of snowplowing equipment is preferred.
- Punctual and dependable. We work when it snows!
- Be self motivated and able to complete tasks with little supervision.
