Are you working in a customer services facing role and ready to advance your career within Higher Education?
Working in small team spread across three campuses, the role of the Student Services Centre (SSC) Customer Adviser is an essential first contact for Students to access support, information and make enquiries at the Clifton Student Services Centre.
As a member of the SSC team, you will have a flexible approach to work in a role that has a range of responsibilities, including acting as a Front Desk Adviser, supporting MyNTU/Card Services and being the first point of contact for Student Support Services.
The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of effective customer service practice and techniques for dealing with a diverse range of customer situations face to face, as well as the ability to organise and prioritise your workload while dealing with multiple tasks. In addition, you will be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a wider team.
You will possess a natural curiosity to learn the varied IT systems and absorb our existing policies and procedures.
This role will be primarily based at Clifton SSC but will be expected to cover other sites in the SSC portfolio when required.
