Over the last few months we have started the journey of developing robust workforce plans that not only focus on having the right number of people with the right skills to meet day-to-day needs but also include the development of medium and longer term Workforce plans that reflect the needs of our dynamic future workforce.
As a result, our Temporary staffing function has been restructured to work under the management of the Head of Workforce planning and Business Partnering. This change in the structure will ensure the Temporary staffing team have a voice, and their contribution influences the Trusts workforce planning process.
This is a new and exciting role where no day is the same. It creates the ability for one to be personally credible and demonstrate the Trusts values around respect and compassion.
You will have excellent communication and influencing skills, innovative, forward thinking as well as the ability to adapt and manage several tasks and priorities effectively. You will have significant experience in public and/or commercial settings together with the ability to analyse data with multiple sources, both qualitive and quantitative.
