CES, LLC has been selected by the FDA to serve as the Federal Tobacco Compliance Check vendor in the Grand Forks, North Dakota area. Underage Purchasers will work alongside Adult Inspectors commissioned by the FDA to perform non-confrontational compliance checks on local tobacco retailers to ensure that the sale of tobacco products to minors is restricted.

Ideal candidates will be confident, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals with flexible schedules. Access to a vehicle is NOT needed.

Required:

• Must be between the ages of 16 and 21 years when completing compliance checks
• Must pass a standard background check if 18 years or older
• Must complete a short online training session
• Must have a valid ND state ID'
