Job description

Torbay Pharmaceuticals are looking for a new member of the team to participate in all aspects of warehouse operations in order to complete dispatch schedule in compliance with standard operating procedures and regulatory guidelines and standards.

• To pick and pack customer orders for dispatch in compliance with standard operating procedures
• To perform necessary stock checks and accountabilities using computerised systems.
• To be able to work flexible hours, to fit around the manufacturing schedule.

The Warehouse team are an important part of the supply chain at Torbay Pharmaceuticals (TP) ensuring that all operators have the opportunity to develop their knowledge of the pharmaceutical logistics sector.

Working on a rotational shift Pattern covered between 06.00 - 18.30 on rotational basis (8 hour shifts - Monday to Friday)

• Communicate effectively with other operators and senior staff.
• The post holder interacts regularly with production staff, team members, Supervisory/Managerial staff and other departments.
• To understand the importance of all activities / processes within each department. To understand the importance of products manufactured
• The post holder reports to the Warehouse Team Leader within the section
• To report defects in facilities or equipment and check equipment is ‘fit for use’.
• To perform necessary stock checks and accountabilities.
• To maintain the facility and equipment to the standard of cleanliness required of regulatory guidelines and standards (Pharmaceutical GMP).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £20,270.00 per year
