What the team does?
The Customer Success team has the overall responsibility for building trust and long-lasting relationships with our business clients on a global scale, help them grow and reach their targets and to secure the overall success with Doconomy’s products and services which is creating behavioral change. The customers vary from global banks, international utility and telecom companies to fintechs and start-ups. Working in the Customer Success team means you are at the center of Doconomy, collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Tech and Design teams, and most importantly; being the link between customer and the organization.
What we want you to do?
In the role as Customer Success Manager, you will have the overall responsibility for customers and have a critical role in building long lasting partnerships. You will manage your own client portfolio, and your tasks include but are not limited to:
- Managing customer onboardings, including liaising with the technical, product, and impact teams to make sure various components of integration progress as smoothly as possible, and the customer’s Doconomy toolkit is positioned for long-term success
- Conduct customer Needs Assessments to determine important KPIs and timelines to be met as part of our customer engagement
- Managing the customer relationship, including regular project meetings and educational workshops
- Always strive to think one step ahead by analyzing customer needs and driving development of Doconomy’s solutions and products together with customers
- Account management; upsell and cross selling of products
- Support and strategic thinking around contract terms, components, and renewals
- Building effective business processes and structures
- Preparation of customer materials and presentations
- Representing Doconomy externally
- Travelling to visit clients from time to time
Who you are
To be a good fit for this role, you should be a people’s person with 4+ years experience in customer relationship working with strategic corporate customers, as well at least 1+ year experience working within sustainability software solutions.
You are driven, proactive and takes own initiatives, always walking that extra mile with your customer’s best at heart. You should also be comfortable and happy taking the project leading role and preferably in combination with technical and product knowledge (SaaS, API, AWS etc). Sustainability experience is an important advantage.
You should have proven ability to be an assertive problem-solver and proactive relationship manager who can respond quickly to customer needs and anticipate issues and resolve these in advance wherever possible. You are laser-focused, executional and a team player. No issue is too small or too big - you’ll do whatever it takes to find a solution.

We are looking for someone that has an academic background within business administration, engineering, technology, sustainability or any other relevant field. Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, is required. Other languages are seen as a plus.
