Such A Voice is a voice over education and demo production company that has successfully provided the tools and education students need for success in the voice-over industry for 30 years. In that time we have grown as a company to operate nationwide and have students and team members from all walks of life!

Such A Voice is seeking technical support person to join our passionate virtual team! This position is part time (~20 hours per week) and fully remote (West Coast time zone necesarry.

In this position you will be responsible for tech support to our students and staff (ranging from aid in logging into accounts and utilizing software programs on a mac rather than a PC, to problem solving sound systems), system building and split testing.

This is a part time remote role, however could grow into a more full-time position as company needs require.

It is important to note that this position requires strong attention to detail, systems optimization, and exceptional communication skills.

Other Responsibilities include:

  • Aid in audacity and similar software/hardware issues within the voiceover realm on Mac & PC
  • Trouble shooting
  • One-on-one tech support for staff around accounts or intermediate issues

Requirements:

  • 2+ years Tech support capabilities
  • Prior administrative work
  • Familiarity in recording software a plus
  • Self starter with an ability to effectively manage details and multiple lines of communication
  • Organized and timely, able to prioritize tasks
  • Skilled in communication and diplomatic resolutions
  • Technically curious and engaged in possible improvement of systems
  • Agility in problem solving
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the USA

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
