We are looking for a Internal recruiter to recruit roles in our commercial function. In this role, you will provide an outstanding recruitment delivery service to all hiring managers in the commercial space, maximising direct hiring. The focus will be to increase direct candidate attraction in parallel with reducing time to hire and cost per hire metrics.
This role is home working and we are therefore open to candidates based across the UK.
What will the role involve?
As an Internal Recruiter for Commercial, you will support the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for Commercial to reduce time to hire, and support initiatives to attract diverse talent to our commercial roles via internal hiring, D&I initiatives, referrals, entry level hiring and creating talent pipelines along with reducing cost per hire. This role will deliver a first class candidate experience, helping to promote the view of our brand in the external market.
- You will own your caseload of vacancies and manage the hiring cycle from beginning to end, interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks.
- You will create compelling ad copy, and work with the hiring manager to really sell the individual news brand and Reach as an employer of choice.
- You will drive a ‘Candidates as Ambassadors’ culture at Reach, and take time to really understand the candidate market and entry routes into the industry.
- You will support the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner on D&I initiatives to support attracting and retaining diverse talent in the commercial space. D&I is always part of the conversation when hiring. You will be passionate about the D&I initiatives in place and committed to attracting, hiring and retaining diverse talent.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for individuals passionate about recruiting in the commercial industry. You will understand that recruitment transformations provide an opportunity to really make your mark, but they often come with short term pain! You will be driven to create positive change, creating a brilliant hiring experience for all parties that interact with the Talent Acquisition team at Reach.
- You will have worked as a Talent Acquisition specialist either in the commercial or creative industries.
- You will enjoy delivering a high quality candidate and hiring manager experience, and making the hiring as easy and seamless as possible.
- You will be a good writer, able to create compelling ad copy with ease, and ideally have a love of social media.
- You will be a great communicator, naturally inquisitive and committed to delivering positive change.
- You will bring ideas on how to attract talent outside of traditional methods and have passion for D&I.
