Junior Service Desk Analyst required for a global leading market research business. Our client are looking to onboard a Service Desk Analyst to join there expanding support function. Combining interpersonal and technical skills you’ll be resolving incidents and problems on the helpdesk while providing support to circa 2000 staff. This role will be based in the clients London office with the opportunity to work from home as well as collaborating and learning onsite. The requirement time in the office will be twice a week with three days of working from home.
Experience required:
- Experience of working in a Windows Environment
- Experience of using ServiceNow.
- Ability to build effective relationships with the team and staff at all levels
- Effective time management and a methodical approach to troubleshooting and take responsibility and ownership of issues
- Experience of supporting Windows 7, 10 OS, Office365 products
- Experience of deploying PC’s and Laptops in a service desk environment
