Stellar Kids is growing! We are seeking a friendly EXTROVERT for our Front Office Dental Receptionist for our Mill Creek location.

As the front desk receptionist, you will be the FACE of Stellar Kids! As the first impression to our patients, you must be outgoing, positive, MUST SMILE often and able to build on patient relationships while managing and completing check in tasks. THIS ROLE

Daily Tasks:

· Greeting/checking in patient families and updating any changes

· Managing our patient communication system

· Managing online paperwork for new patients

· Confirming appointments not confirmed electronically

· Pre-collection for copays

· Backing up treatment planning and coordination

· Assisting incoming callers with appointments and questions

Full-time is a 4 day work week with no afterhours or weekends. 7:00 am – 5: 00 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
