Job description
Responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple site project at the same time to ensure that all your crews work seamlessly.
- Coordinate between the crew, the suppliers/subcontractors, the office and the clients: get permits and notices, clarify agreements and terms with crews and clients, set and keep budgets, organize and plan for site preparations and work.
- Provide reports (of how many projects were started/completed/put on hold) during the week/day.
- Give proposals to improve organizing company operations and submit according to the command lines.
Requirements:
- Project Management Skills and Managing Multiple Project at once.
- Organizational and Planning Skills.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability To Work With Technical Terms.
- Strong character and ability to work under pressure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
