As a Quality and Solutions Analyst (QSA) within the Jubilant team, the QSS’s primary responsibilities are:

• Developing and monitoring quality management processes and compliance within launch projects
• Performing advanced QA on white glove Delivery projects and act as backup for QA Analyst.
• Assisting with and documenting advanced solutions needs for projects across the organization
• Working with Service Delivery leadership to manage the development of and updates to Jubilant launch processes, SOPs, and tools, including management of Jubilant Ideas submissions, document repository, and Quarterly releases of new, updated materials
• Work with Leaders across the organization to streamline cross-departmental processes
• Work with Jubilant’s training department to refine, maintain and assist in the delivery of courses within JUB U aimed at implementation consultants and other delivery adjacent roles.
• Contribute to organizational Strategic Initiatives by owning and delivering assigned strategic tasks

In addition to primary responsibilities, the QSA may assist SD leaders and Customer Success in the creation of Rough Order of Magnitude proposal estimates, the Statement of Work formal agreement, providing expertise on scope, timelines, system capabilities, etc. When required the QSA may attend meetings with potential customers to address questions regarding system capabilities and solutions where expertise is needed.

Candidates will also possess exceptional knowledge of UKG Pro capabilities in addition to workarounds and system optimization available to ensure UKG Pro is fully optimized to meet the needs of our clients. Must also be comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving responsibilities and work environment.
