This exciting post will focus on engaging with students and increase participation in a whole range of activities. The Lifestyle Officer will develop, implement, and deliver a comprehensive enrichment offer to compliment The Bridgwater & Taunton College Advantage. This post holder will be influential in working with staff across the college to ensure a vibrant and dynamic journey for all our students. This post will focus on key elements of the 5 ways to wellbeing model to ensure students have access to skills, knowledge and tools to enable them to lead a safer, happier and healthier lifestyle.

The Lifestyle Officer will work with students and staff to promote and implement learner voice mechanisms, to enable the Student Union, Student Executives and Class Reps to have representation across all levels of the college. Be a part of our students' experience and bring out their best.
