Here at GXO, we’re looking for Warehouse Operatives to join us on a part-time basis at our site in Grange Park, Northampton, covering either evenings or weekends.

• An hourly rate from £11.00 to £13.20 depending on what hours you work until January 2023 (From the 1st of February the basic rate will be from £10.61 per hour)

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Ensure a steady flow of goods throughout all areas of the warehouse
• Get involved in a wide variety of warehouse functions, such as inbound, outbound, and stock control
• Picking and packing of goods from our e-Commerce clothing brand
• Use warehouse management systems on a day-to-day basis

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• A fantastic attitude with the desire to learn and develop your skills and experience
• Strong communication written and verbal communication skills

• Warehouse experience would be beneficial, but not essential as training will be provided

• A safety-focused, detail-oriented, and conscientious approach to your work
